Multimodal Relaxation Method

Abstract

This paper describes the Multimodal Relaxation Method (MRM) which can be used in life, executive,
business, sports or health coaching to enhance performance and reduce or manage stress. Within sports and health coaching it can be used to reduce physical tension and enhance physiological control, e.g. lower heart rate and reduce blood pressure.
