Abstract
This article briefly describes the RE-LAXrelaxation technique which can be usedin a range of coaching domains including business, executive, health,life, performance, personal, sport andwellbeing. Within sport and health coaching it can be used to reduce physical tension and enhance physiological control including the lowering of blood pressure and heart rate.
